What does GOTS-certified organic cotton mean?
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is the world's leading standard for organic textiles. It means every step of the supply chain, from the raw cotton fibre to the finished garment, has been independently verified to meet strict environmental and social criteria. No synthetic pesticides, no harmful chemical treatments, no greenwashing. When you see the GOTS label, you can trust it.

Is organic cotton really better for my baby's skin?
Yes. Conventional cotton is treated with a range of chemicals during growing and processing, including pesticides, formaldehyde, and synthetic dyes. These residues can irritate sensitive skin. Organic cotton is grown and processed without these chemicals, making it naturally softer and gentler. Many parents, including us, have noticed a real difference after switching.

Where is Burrow & Be designed and made?
All Burrow & Be pieces are designed in New Zealand by founder Catherine Melo and ethically manufactured. The brand has been creating organic baby and kids clothing since 2017.

How should I wash organic cotton clothing?
Machine wash cold or warm (up to 40C) on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Organic cotton actually gets softer with each wash.

Sizing & Ordering

How do your sizes run?
Our clothing generally fits true to size, sitting comfortably in the middle of the age range. For example, a size 1Y (12-18M) typically fits a 1.5-year-old well. Woven fabrics have a looser fit for movement, while knit fabrics are more form-fitting. See our full Sizing Guide for measurements in cm.

What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes from Newborn (48-56cm) through to 5Y (109-115cm), covering roughly birth to age 5-6. Size availability varies by style.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Shipping

How long does shipping take within Singapore?
Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days. Express delivery takes 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM SGT on weekdays are processed the same day.

How much does shipping cost?
Within Singapore, shipping is free for orders over SGD$75. Under that, standard shipping is a flat SGD$6.50 or express is SGD$10. For Malaysia, shipping is free over SGD$120 (SGD$15 otherwise). For the rest of Asia, free over SGD$180 (SGD$25 otherwise). See our full Shipping Policy for all regions.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Malaysia, the rest of Asia, and worldwide. For New Zealand and Australia, we redirect to the local Burrow & Be websites for faster and more cost-effective delivery.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns are issued as store credits. For full details, see our Returns and Exchange Policy.

Can I get a cash refund?
We process returns as store credits rather than cash refunds. The only exception is if an item is missing from your order or an item you ordered has been sold out and cannot be fulfilled, in which case we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

How much does return shipping cost?
Return shipping within Singapore is a flat rate of SGD$10.95 per return. This is deducted from your store credit. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection.

Are sale items eligible for return?
No. Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

How long do store credits last?
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
