1. Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed before 12 PM SGT will be processed the same day (excluding weekends).
  • Orders placed after 12 PM SGT will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over SGD 75. A flat rate of SGD 6.50 applies for orders under SGD 75. Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Available for a flat rate of SGD 10. Delivery within 1-2 business days.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your order’s journey.

2. International Shipping

New Zealand

For ordering and shipping to New Zealand, please visit our New Zealand website.

Australia

For ordering and shipping to Australia, please visit our Australian website.

Processing Time:

  • All international orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Options & Rates:

  • Malaysia Region:
    • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over SGD 120. A shipping rate of SGD 15 applies for orders under SGD 120. Delivery within 5-15 business days.
  • Asia Region:
    • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over SGD 180. A shipping rate of SGD 25 applies for orders under SGD 180. Delivery within 5-15 business days.
  • Rest of the World:
    • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over SGD 250. A shipping rate of SGD 35 onwards applies for orders under SGD 250. Delivery within 5-15 business days.

Free shipping applies to items of standard weight and excludes bulky items, bulk orders and oversized order

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Burrow & Be Asia is not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to customs processing.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking availability may vary depending on the destination country.

3. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, public holidays, or courier service disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Burrow & Be Asia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping fees.
